VOIDEUSE — by Kaisa Saarinen

(Hybrid collection. Paperback. Matte covers. 5”x7”. 88 pages. May 2022)

VOIDEUSE is a hybrid collection of short stories, poetry, and images that emerge from and examine a state of dissociative feminism. Its female narrators wield stage knives and safety needles, their desires at turns self-defeating and triumphant. Negative space within is a fertile ground for hope.

Kaisa Saarinen grew up in the Finnish countryside and left home as soon as possible. She ended up in London by way of Glasgow, Tokyo, and Oxford.
